12 Exercise Programs With Heart Rate Control.


Built into the handgrips is a pulse rate meter hold these stainless steel sensors as you exercise and your pulse rate will be measured and displayed on the digital display screen and then used to automatically adjust the heart rate control exercise programs to your changing heart rate simply enter the maximum heart rate that you would not like the elliptical trainer to force you to go above as a number in Beats Per Minute BPM or if your not sure what heart rate to use enter your heart rate as a percentage of maximum heart rate for example 65%.

A 65% of maximum heart rate means that you want the elliptical trainer to monitor your heart rate and exercise you at up to 65% of your maximum heart rate any higher and the elliptical trainer will lower the resistance on the pedals making it easier to pedal and any lower and the elliptical trainer will increase the pedal resistance to increase your heart rate up to the limit you have specified.

The 12 exercise programs included have names like fat burn, cardio, endurance and rolling hills so you can try them all and see which ones your like best.
